Birthday Event: Gifts Submission β β β Hello, this is Pleis and the management team of Seventeen rps. We are here to announce the workflow of Gifts submission for our artist, the Seventeen members. Please take notes and help us to make sure the members are accepting your gifts by following terms and conditions. β β β How to send gifts to the company: 1. Please take notes that our artist would only take gifts from official activities, i.e fansigning event and birthday event. Gifts that are given directly to the members outside official activities will be rejected, i.e gifts given while members are in airport check.
2. Please send gifts only to our company address. Below is our address and the format to send in your gifts: Address: Direct Message Pleis 17. Form: Birthday Gift for (name of the member + username rp). We will then reply to your submission and give you further detail to fill in.
3. For Fan Unionβ, please prepare the list of fansites nameβ that join in the union. β Fan Union is a combination of fans who collect their gifts and send them in one package. β Fansites name means the username of people who join in to give the gifts. You can decide your own fansite name, we will write both your fansite name and your username on the gifts card.
4. We do not accept any harmful gifts for our artist, please send only appropriate gifts. Anyone who happened to violate this point will be put in company blacklistβ forever. β Will be blocked by Pleis 17.
5. The submission is still open until the artist's birthday ends. For example, you can still send the right gift on Hoshi's birthday, and we will still send your gift to Hoshi. β β β Please DM us for any questions and query, we will monitor the questions and put the answer on a public FAQ post below.

Untuk Fan Unionβ, dimohon menyiapkan list nama fansiteβ yang tergabung dalam kelompok. β Fan Union adalah gabungan para penggemar yang mengumpulkan hadiah mereka dan mengirimkannya dalam satu paket. β Kalian bisa menentukan nama fansite kalian sendiri, kami akan menuliskan nama fansite dan username kalian di Gift Card.
4. Kami tidak menerima hadiah yang akan membahayakan/melukai artis kami, dimohon mengirimkan hadiah yang pantas dan aman untuk idola anda. Siapapun yang melanggar poin ini akan dikenakan sanksi blacklist oleh Manajemenβ. β Akan diblokir oleh Tim Pleis 17
5. Kami akan menerima hadiah sampai hari ulang tahun artis berakhir. Contoh, kalian masih bisa mengirimkan hadiah tepat di hari ulang tahun Hoshi, dan kami masih akan mengirimkan hadiah kalian kepada Hoshi. β β β Silakan kirim DM untuk segala pertanyaan terkait pemberitahuan ini. Kami akan menjawab pertanyaan yang terdaftar secara publik di kolom FAQ dibawah.

FAQ Birthday Gifts Submission β β β 1. Please explain once again how to send the gift. β - Screenshot the gift you want to send, we will appreciate it more if you can capture the name of the gift. For example 'GUCCI Sweater knitted edition'. β - DM those screenshots to us with this format: β β > Birthday Gift to @usernamehoshi (or just write HOSHI if you want to send the gifts to all Hoshi rps). β β > Your fansite name - your username (if you don't include your username here, we will only write your fansite name on Gift Card). β β > Send the screenshots of the gifts. β - We will then confirm your submission
2. What is fansite name? β - You can make up your fansite name, so this is like us roleplaying as fansite masternim sending gifts for Hoshi. If you can't think of any name for your fansite, we will help. Just let us know.
3. What is Fan Union? β - This is when you and other friends decide to gather your gifts and send them to us at once. This is what we called FAN UNION, but you will still need to let us know each of fansite name join in your group union.
